Most party bus websites have a fleet page, a price you can't see until you call, and a contact form. That's not a planning resource — that's a sales funnel with the useful parts removed.

This library is the other thing. It's what we end up explaining on the phone anyway: how many people actually fit on a 30-passenger bus once they're standing, why a Saturday in March costs more than a Thursday in September, what a service fee is and whether it's already in your total, and how to check whether an operator holds the City of Austin permits they're required to hold.

Read the ones you need. Ignore the rest. Nothing here is gated. For a plain list of every page on the site, including services, try the site index. If you already know what you want, skip all of it and go straight to what we run or get a quote.

Start where you are

The guides are ordered by the sequence a booking actually follows. If you're at the beginning, start at sizing. If you already know what you want and just need to know what it costs, skip to pricing.

What these guides lead into

The library is deliberately neutral — it's written to help you book well, not to push one service. But most people arrive planning something specific, so here's the direct route to whichever it is.

Why we publish this

Two reasons, and one of them is self-interested.

The honest one: a group that arrives already knowing they want 6 hours rather than 4, and that the bar district they picked has a workable staging spot, has a better night. Confusion on the day costs everyone time, and time is what you're paying for.

The self-interested one: we'd rather compete on being the clearest operator in Austin than on being the cheapest. That's the whole idea behind how we run this company. If you read the pricing guide and decide someone else fits your budget better, that's a fair outcome. If you read the licensing guide and it stops you handing a deposit to an unpermitted operator, that's a good outcome whether or not you book with us.

One thing to know

Nothing on these pages is a quote. Rates move with date, duration and vehicle, and the only number that binds anybody is the one on your written confirmation. Where we give figures, they're there so you can sanity-check what you're being told — by us or by anyone else.
