Most party bus companies in Austin answer this with a quote form that wants your phone number before it shows you anything. Ours is published, so you can compare it against anyone before you call.
Every amenity is already in that number — the 55-inch TV, the Bluetooth sound system, LED lighting throughout, charging ports and cup holders, and complimentary ice, cups, water and chasers. There are no amenity packages to add, because the amenities are the bus.

Hourly rates across Austin look broadly comparable and then diverge, because what sits on top of them differs. Ask any company these four and the comparison becomes real:
It isn't vehicle size and it isn't price — it's hours. Groups board late, first stops run long, and the last hour is always the one people wish they'd had. Extending on the night depends entirely on whether the vehicle and driver are free afterward, and on a Saturday they frequently aren't. Booking that hour up front is cheaper and it's guaranteed.
Book against the paid list. Final headcounts routinely land ten to twenty percent below what an organizer expects a month out. If they've sent money, they're coming. If they said "I'm in," that's a strong maybe. Since the rate is for the whole vehicle rather than per seat, every person who actually shows up lowers the cost per head — so count the committed and leave a little headroom.

Straightforward bookings — one pickup, a clear block of hours, one vehicle — work well online. Weddings, multi-stop itineraries, multiple vehicles and peak weekends are worth a phone call.
The tiebreaker: if you can describe your booking in one sentence, book online. If it takes a paragraph, call.
These two decide everything else. Your date determines availability and where you sit in the rate range; your confirmed headcount determines the vehicle.
List your stops, order them by geography rather than by excitement, and add realistic driving between them plus a boarding buffer. Austin punishes zigzag itineraries harder than most cities. Then add one more hour.
One number for your exact booking, with everything that's included stated plainly. A quote you have to do arithmetic on isn't a quote.
A quote is a price, not a reservation. Until the deposit is paid nothing is held, and on a busy Saturday that gap closes within hours. Deposit, balance date and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Final headcount, the exact pickup address rather than the neighborhood, your finalized stops, and one point of contact with a phone number. Confirm your own venue reservations separately — we handle the transport, venues handle their group minimums and door policies.
The clock starts at your booked pickup time, not when the last person arrives. Tell your group a start time fifteen minutes before the real one and you'll leave close to schedule. After that the vehicle is yours — change the route, add a stop, take longer somewhere.

Yes, with notice. Bear in mind that each additional stop costs fifteen to thirty minutes of your booked time once you count driving, waiting on whoever isn't ready, and Austin traffic. Two or three consolidated points usually work better than chasing people across the metro.
Tell the driver. The vehicle is yours for the booked block, so if a stop runs long or the group wants to go somewhere else, that's fine. The only thing that costs extra is going past your booked hours, and even then it depends on whether the vehicle is free to extend.
Three to four weeks for most dates. One to two months for prom season and busy spring and fall Saturdays. Two to three months for weddings, multi-vehicle bookings and peak weekends — both ACL weekends, SXSW, Formula 1, UT home games, May graduations and New Year's Eve, which sell out across the whole Austin market.
Count confirmed guests and add a little headroom. One thing worth knowing: rated capacity assumes passengers seated.
